where can i get a good points eliminater kit i bought a electronic ignition from cip1 brand compufire i hooked it up and the piece of $hit dont work i called cip1 ( a company i have spend hundres of dollars with ) and they told me i was out of luck because its an eletrical part so will anyone give me a link to a good cheap electronic ingition i payed $69 for that compucrap ignition

when i hooked it up it let all the smoke out i hooked it up backwards like an idiot the coil on by car is hooked up backwards the power from the hareness is on the neg side and the points and condenser are on the pos side i know i sound wierd but its true so when i hooked it up it smoke the bran new ignition module

I've heard of them running with the coil hooked up that way but coil didn't last long. So have you put the points back in?

yeah i just stuck the points back in for now because im also trying to redo the interior right now but the engine problem but the brakes on that quick
