I have tires from Discount Tire, I took to get rotaoted was running fine on all 4 tires when I took it there. When they were finished with it had 2 bolds bairley holding front tire on they looked at me and said you cant drive it where do you want it towed?? They said they would pay for the tow, so I have to pay to get parts and get it repaired and be without a car for 4 days I didnt strip the bolds it was driving just fine when I left home. What sould I do? I asked them when I took it there ARE YOU SURE YOU KNOW WHAT YOU ARE DOING? This is my baby I do not let anyone else drive her! They couldnt find reverse I have to tell them how to find it. If you cant find reverse then maybe you shouldnt be working on my car. Should I just let it go or sould they be paying for the parts and labor??

The drums and bolts were damaged I did pay to get it fixed at Christian Brothers where they (Discount) towed it it was only $150. But the point was they treated me like a stupid girl llike I damaged my car! i know Im not the one that did this. The front one that was really damaged was fixed now I have to get a back drum and fix it. This is why I work on my own car, so I dont get screwed and I know how to treat it like my baby.

Wow, sorry to hear about that Shanon. Shame they had to treat you that way.
I get most of my tires at Discount Tire, but I wont let them near my cars. I use their jack and my 4 way out side the shop.

I would go to that link and sound off at them. If nothing else it may make you feel better.
